    • Got 8+ hours of sleep light>deep. Have about an hour to kill before I've got to get ready yo go teach 8 hours of class. Actually I will be listening to student presentations, so grading for 8 hours. Was going to eat a big breakfast, but I'm not feeling it so will take two packets of gluten free protein powder and some via sticks to class with me. I like to turn them into coffee shakes! I've got a banana too.

          • Got in a nap so I got almost 8 hours of sleep, but a full hour more of deep than light . Never got to breakfast. Have a couple of hours and then I need to get ready for night clinic. It should be fun - I've got two of my graduating PNPs with me tonight.

            • Clinic was good got done early. Slept okay deep>light. Went to early meeting and wrapped stuff up. Back to hotel, packed, power nap, now at airport waiting for flight.

                      • Thanks everyone. Slept slept right at 8 hours but light>deep which explains why I still feel draggy. If I get 4+ hours of deep sleep, I feel much better in the morning. Butt is in slow cooker - cheater carnitas with garlic, chilie, paprika, salt, pepper. Going to put around, do laundry, that sort of thing today. We leave Friday morning to go to mini-reunion in San Antonio and come back Sunday.

                        • Pork was yummy last night. Slept almost 6 hours with a whopping 4 hours of deep sleep. Probably why I've been awake since 4! Zoodles and sauce tonight with a BAS. Hair apointment today. Clinic tomorrow.

                          • We had zoodles last night. The first harvest from our garden! I make them very simply......... water with condensed chicken broth, salt and pepper. bring the liquid to boil - add the zucchini and cook till tender. Its always yummy!
                            1. Love ME no matter what noises are screaming at me, or who is trying to tear me down.

                            • Restless night, ended up with 7 hours sleep with light=deep. Having coffee, then getting ready for clinic. No clue whats for dinner. I've got ground beef thawed. Laundry and packing when I get home.

                              • Clinic was easy. Stopped and picked up a few things to take with from the grocery store on the way home. Laundry is in. Not very hungry yet. Had a huge salad for lunch.
