    • That's not to say there haven't been moments when I crave things - and I haven't been 100% - but I've only cheated a couple times with rum/diet coke. and once with peanuts. Otherwise - all good. Tonight I'm wanting to taste something sweet and creamy........ I keep thinking of cream cheese clouds. But - that's dairy and sweetener --- both of which I can not have. Not just for whole30 - but for the tummy issues also. I'm trying to completely change my view of food. If it hurts me, then its a food I chose not to eat. I'm severely lactose intolerant - and now most likely fructose intolerant as well. So - those foods are going to be a thing of memories only I'm afraid. The jury is still deliberating on the fructose part.......... but all the evidence is pretty convincing. Zero fodmaps and I have zero tummy troubles. Its kinda of a no-brainer.

          • Got it from paleo slowcooker. Onion, carrot, sweet potato, celery, boneless skinless chicken thighs, coconut milk, chicken broth, and yellow curry powder. Supposed to be mild - DH doesn't like it too spicy. I'm making cauliflower rice to go with.

            • Did lunges today. Weights again tomorrow. Made the mistake of getting on the scale this morning. I do not feel like the weight that showed, so I'm ignoring it!

              • Have you ever tried the red indian curry powder? Its so much better than the yellow.

                  • You have to get to good stuff from an Indian grocery. We sorta cheat because we have connections directly in India - we get the real stuff shipped to us. Curry powder is a mix of about 5 or 6 spices. My hubby's parents used to watch the india people make it with huge flat bowls and grinding tools. I know it has cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder........... not sure what else. You can order it on line.......... just google Indian Curry Powder. Just don't buy the typical spice company stuff. Get some from a company that deals in spices from that part of the world. Look for the labels that have Indian writing.

                    • Just mix your own curry powder. That way you can make it exactly the way you like it. Buy the spices you like and throw
'em together in whatever combo suits your fancy.

Coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, red pepper, ginger, garlic, fennel seed, caraway, cinnamon, clove, mustard seed, green cardamom, black cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, chili powder. Not all of them at once, though! Well, you could.

                        • Curry was okay - needed something. Culiflower rice was good. Finished avacado and tomato mix and a handful of cherries.

                            • I'll bet the curry needed mustard. I have found that mustard, either as seed, powdered, or prepared is often the secret ingredient. Mustard is definitely underused in our society. Just sayin'
