  • I was totally exhausted and went to bed at 630 to read, but turned off the light at 730. Now I'm awake. My sleep is all messed up! Got up, put dogs out (dog sitting moms dog who is elderly), reading journals, will have a cup of chamomile tea and read for a bit, then go back to bed. Clinic today after being closed for 3 days - probably will be a mad house!

    • Ended up getting 7.5 hours of sleep. Deep>light. Still tired.

        I don't think I have a favorite yet. I've been going through them pretty randomly. I sorta try to alternate upper and lower body from day to day. When I first started I had to take several 10-15 second "time outs" to make it through to the end. I managed 20 minutes of a 30 minute total body last week - but I hurt too bad that evening to do that again. I've got my fibro pain under control through my diet - but if I over exert I still get the aches and burns and tingles. So, I try to push my limits.

          • Slept almost 8 hours deep>light. Getting ready to go to clinic. Leftovers for dinner. Getting ready to go to Utah Sunday for a week.

                    I had the same thing one year long ago when the kids were small, a monthly whiteboard calendar in the kitchen. For half a year I worked hospital shifts with one 0.5 FTE position in ICU (12 hr shifts), a term 0.25 at another hospital ER (8 hr shifts), casual in ER same hospital as the first job (8 or 12 hour shifts), and usually 2 days per week (8 hour clinic) at the military base immunization clinic. Each workplace had it's own specific coloured marker.

                    This was the only way hubby could keep track of where the heck I was and when!

                      • Slept a bit over 6 hours deep>light. Up at 0500-DH left for work then. I've had coffee, balanced the check book, paid bills, and submitted my research package for review and hopeful approval. Need to run some errands (bank, shipping place, Target) and have a hair appointment later today. Dinner will be pork steaks, zucchini - "breaded" and oven roasted, and German potato salad.

                              • Slept a bit over 8 hours. Coffee - can I wean to tea to stop cream next week? Doing laundry - two small loads. Need to work on my office, do some type of activity, and pack today. Flight leaves a bit before 0900 tomorrow. Making meatloaf, avacado & cherry tomato salad, and potato something for dinner. Generator guy is here doing annual maintenance on our natural gas generator since its hurricane season.
