        Sticking with the PB plan. No wine x 3 days - I think that's the hardest! Weight in tomorrow. Officially summer ends 9/21, so I've got until then to reach the magic size 8 I set as a summer goal. Loved the success story Friday - I want to look like that when I hit her age. Haven't worked out since I got sick, maybe some Wii this afternoon. I usually wait for DH to go to work, so I've got no one watching! Massage this afternoon.

          Down 6 pounds, but that's probably water weight. Continue to be strict and no wine. I travel again in a week and I really need to be on a downward trend to stay on track on the road. I'd also like to fit into my 10s with some room to spare. I seem to stay stuck in the 160s - going up when I travel and down at home. I'm ready to see the 150s! Didn't get to the Wii yesterday. Need to work on my last paper due Wednesday (the class I didn't take an incomplete in). Will do Wii when DH goes to work. I've been reading Practical Paleo. I hope to give one of the 30 day meal plans a try soon. Just need to be home to do it. I'm hoping to hear from local University by the middle of September for an interview (fingers crossed). If I get the position, I would start in the spring. I would do some PT for my current university in the spring also, but hopefully little to no travel.

                Sabatoged myself - pizza called my name. I've been so exhausted, I gave in. Will have to examine my head and see if I'm secretly not wanting to get slim. Afraid to be "seen" again?

                  Up 1.5 pounds - *%$@& pizza! But entirely my choice. Slept well last night. Up easily in time to get ready for work. Yup after almost 3 weeks I'm off to the clinic. I'm sure we will be busy with 4 year old physicals and shots for school - lots of screaming kids. I've got 1 glass of wine left - may need it tonight!

                    Clinic was full of 4 year olds and lots of crying and screaming (from the kids, not the staff but by the end of the day we wanted to cry too!). Over the last few days I read GayPanda's journal - fantastic writer. I'm debating dinner right now. May have a BAS, that sounds good.

                        • Back to my normal sleep last night as I was up from 1-3. Totally exhausted today. I did the dentist (temporary crown on broken tooth), the grocery store and dinner out (DH birthday). I know I did too much. Staying home from clinic today. I leave for work on Sunday and I've got to be back up to speed.
