Weight up 3 pounds, but my waist , tummy feel smaller. That is the least rebound I've had traveling and is probably from the wine and increased salt intake since I'm not cooking. There are still leftovers in the fridge that I left, but I think I will put a pork steak in the slow cooker. I'm thinking tomato, green chili sauce. Also set out a London broil to marinate.
