  • Home. Reunion was fun. Flourless chocolate cake for my bday. Dogs as usual ecstatic we are home. Dinner tonight at mom and dads for my bday.

              • Dinner was hamburgers (GF bun for me, which I used - mom noticed it was falling apart and I told her that's why I usually don't use them. Maybe she won't buy again.), beans - I didn't eat, and potato salad from my leftovers - small spoonful. I brought the almond flour chocolate chip bars. Son and his GF joined us. Shilo went too. Good time had by all.

                Today I will put my UP back on. Left it off for the weekend. Chicken wings ala Nom Nom tonight with salad. Need to weigh in - probably won't be happy.

                    • Slept poorly. Up with tummy issues, finally threw up, which helped. Got 4 1/2 hours, 2 1/2 deep, asleep in 44 minutes, up 3 times for 2 1/2 hours total. Feel a bit tired, tummy iffy, having coffee with homemade hazelnut milk. Getting ready to move and get ready to go. Roast on slow cooker for dinner.

                          • Last test given. Everyone passed test total score with > 75%. Everyone should pass!

                            Eats today:
                            B: banana, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa shake, coffee with hazelnut milk
                            L: chicken salad, handful of grapes, water
                            D: roast, puréed cauliflower, tossed salad with bacon, sunflower seeds and blue cheese dressing, decaf iced tea
                            S: decaf iced tea, 4 dried apricots, decaf coffee with almond milk

                            • Slept 9 1/2 hours, 3 1/2 deep, asleep in 11 minutes, woke twice for 20 minutes. Feel a bit sluggish. My abdominal muscles are sore from night before last.

                              Mishmash of things scheduled today. Grocery store, grocery list, Juliet to vet for annual exam and more Heartworm pills, and make more study cards for comp exam. Dinner will be beef, broccoli, and cashew stir fry. DH with salad and rice, me with salad only.
