Slept crappy last night - DS and GF not the quietest when he has a late shift the next day. So, will have to talk to him again. Slept 6 3/4 hours of intermittent sleep. 3 hours deep. Woke up 4 times and up for 2 hours in between, so much for going to bed early!
No clinic today. Was going to formal exercise class today, but too exhausted. I need to get moving. I can't get the weight to drop. I'm off alcohol (allow F, S, S - but don't always have), doing okay on eating. CWCC usually holds me until dinner which is meat and veggies. Too few calories, too much travel? I want to see 150s by August and that should be doable but the scale is not moving!
Will get class for tomorrow ready today. Will play with calendar. When son and GF leave will do the stairs - shoot for 100+. 50 up and 50 down.

FWIW, I've never heard that expression either. That's a good one!
At the local grocery there is a picture of chicken soup over the register - it looks mighty tasty, although the noodles are a no-go item. What about making those chicken noodles in chicken soup? That might be a plan...hmmmmm....imagine serving that to someone and telling them the actual noodles are chicken, not just the broth!
