      • Made Magical Multipurpose Paleo & Primal Dough Recipe. Used a roll from the batch i made with my hamburger patty tonight and used the other 1/2 of the dough to make crackers. Both are very tasty.

        Cooked up a bunch of hamburgers and sausage as well as carnitas for the boys. I'm as ready as I can be for tomorrow. I will check in when I can and let everyone know how things went.

              • Home. Bruised from top of thighs to below neck. Stayed primal at hospital - which distressed them. Can't imagine gut issues on top of surgery pain. Have had homemade jigglers, coffee, water, and bone broth today.

                            • I try to get up and sit up, walk progressively every 2 hours. Today hoping for 20 minutes each time. Sitting on couch longer each time. Last night more normal sleep pattern. Made my own coffee! spilled just a bit.... . Thinking protein shake this morning when DH gets back from gym.

                              So I'm supposed to me down to a C - seems like it, still wrapped in a wide ace. She sucked out the fat pad under my chin - I'd always said that would be the only PS I'd consider. I'm in a compression thing around my head. This was done because of all the glitches on her office side. Finally she repaired the abdominal muscle (split from 4 pregnancies) that were never going to go back to normal. She did this also as a thank you. We had talked about it in the future and day of surgery, I told her if it was bad to go ahead and fix it. So I'm recovering from more than expected. The girls are the least of it. The tummy feels pulled tight. Not bad, but makes moving a contemplated choice. Feel a bit like I cheated with tummy muscles, but its not like I'm going back now.

                              • Luckily, you know all about recovery, what to do and what not to do.
