You will beat diabetes! Your BS #s are consistently lower than 6 weeks ago. There are many people out there with diabetes and do nothing about it - you've lost 100 lbs and lowered BS#s - that's a great achievement!
So yesterday, Tuesday, I went down to the gym at lunch to workout. I only weigh myself once a week, on Mondays, at work because we have a Dr. Scale in the gym. I missed Monday's weigh in because I worked from home. I stepped on the scale, and I was down another 8 pounds from the previous week. I am now at the 120 lbs lost mark. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around it... I also noticed today that I need to buy a new pair of jeans, the 40's I bought two months ago are now too big. I have to get a 38. I have not been in a pair of 38's in over 25 years.
I reached a plateau and stalled. Thanks to the Blood Sugar Solution, I have blown past that plateau. I guess I needed to go really low carb for a while and cut out all the diary I was eating. Also, per Paleobird's discovery, I dropped my porteins and increased my fats. Seems to be working for me.

Thank you so much. Get some kettlebells, there is so much good information out on the web for kettlebells. I had some time to burn at work today, I am a SQL Server DBA, and I had some long running jobs today. Anyway, I want to work on the kettlebell snatch, I am hoping to compete in some kettlebell competitions, found all sorts of great info today on the snatch....
Also, found out about ketttlebell juggling today, going to put some effort into that, and it will fall under Mark's play......
