    B: pork chop, garlic butter

    L: 280g 10% mince beef in amatriciana sauce, red onion, coconut oil

    D: chilli & lime chicken, gouda cheese

    S: chicken nuggets, mayonnaise

    S: cheddar cheese, basil pesto

    misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 200ml vodka, pepsi max, 3 vodka & coke, 1 glass red wine, 460ml tonic wine

    exercise: 30 minute walk

    sleep: 5 1/2 hours restless

      B: cajun chicken, beef, turkey, cheese, coleslaw, red onion, peppers, lettuce

      L: chilli & lime chicken

      D: 150g cajun chicken, lettuce, aioli, birds eye chillies, jalapenos, cheese, herbs+spices

      S: 20g 90% Lindt chocolate

      misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 1 mug lemon & ginger tea

      exercise: 30 minute walk

      sleep: 8 hours

        D: beef burrito

        S: chicken tikka sandwich, stuffing, cheese, coleslaw, garlic mayo, cheese & onion crisps, pepsi

        misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 6 pints guinness, 6 pints cider, 2 tequila, 1 sambucca

        exercise: 30 minute walk, 40 minute circuit

        sleep: 5 hours restless

            L: 10% minced beef, bolognaise sauce, coconut oil, red onion, minced lamb, garlic butter

            S: yoghurt

            S: 20g Lindt 90%

            D: 3 egg omlette, red onion, coconut oil, green pepper, smoked bacon, birds eye chillies, cheese, hot sauce, herbs+spices

            misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 1 mug lemon & ginger tea

            exercise: 40 minute walk, 30 minute cycle

            sleep: 8 hours

            Saturday night "refeed" hasn't done me any favours..

              D: 3 egg omlette, red onion, coconut oil, green pepper, smoked bacon, birds eye chillies, cheese, hot sauce, herbs+spices

              misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 1 mug lemon & ginger tea

              exercise: 30 minute walk, 40 minute cycle, 40 minute circuit

              sleep: 7 1/2 hours

              Gonna be away for 5 days that will not be the least bit Primal - I'll take some measurements when I get back & pick it up from there..
