    L: 500g minced 28% lamb, brocolli in cream & cheese sauce, red onion, garlic butter

    D: spiced chicken, red onion, coconut oil, basil pesto

    misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 1 mug chai tea

    exercise: 30 minute cycle, 45 minute circuit

    sleep: 8 hours, 23:25 - 7:25, woke at 6am

    No fear of low calories, lunch came in at around 2000

      B: chicken with spinach, ricotta & pancetta

      L: 220g minced 10% beef, tomato & pancetta sauce, red onion, coconut oil

      D: 3 egg omlette, red onion, red pepper, coconut oil, smoked bacon, cheese, hot sauce, birds eye chillis, herbs+spices

      S: Handfull chips + garlic sauce (could easily have been a lot worse!)

      misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 8 rum + diet coke, 3 pints cider, 2 tequila + vodka + red bull, 1 tequila,

      exercise: 30 minute cycle

      sleep: 4 1/2 hours

        S: 150g cajun chicken, gouda cheese

        D: mince lamb + beef, garlic butter, red onion, celery, garlic olive oil

        misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea

        exercise: none

        sleep: 9 hours + naps

            sleep: 6 1/2 hours

              exercise: 20 minute walk, 40 minute circuit

              sleep: 7 hours + 1 hour lie in, 6:30am bathroom break

                S: yoghurt

                L: 150g cajun chicken, aioli, spinach, courgette, cheddar cheese, red wine vinager, red onion, birds eye chillis, jalapenos, herbs+spices

                misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 1 mug lemon & ginger tea, 3 pints cider

                exercise: 30 minute walk, 50 minute cycle

                sleep: 6 hours + 1 hour lie in, 4:30am couldn't breath

                  exercise: 30 minute cycle, 40 minute circuit

                  sleep: 7 hours straight

                  measurements: 184.8lbs/84kg, 14.8% BF (still don't trust that number but it IS going the right direction), waist 38 1/2'

                  5.4lbs down and another inch off the waist in the last 2 weeks - Bang on target so far..

                    misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 500ml green tea, 1 mug lemon & ginger tea

                    exercise: 30 minute cycle, 30 minute walk

                    sleep: 7 hours

                    I did a quick breakdown of nutritional composition last night - I took in around 1900 calories with a carb/protein/fat ratio of 5/33/62 - I think this is pretty much spot on given a BMR of around 1950 & a low activity day - Also, if my scales are to be trusted, my lean body mass is roughly 185*(1-0.148) = 157.6lbs and I consumed about 160g protein for the day - It's good to know I'm intuitively eating the proportions of carb/protein/fat I want to without measuring or counting..

                      misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 4 glasses red wine, 1 glass champagne, 1 long island iced tea, 10ish pints cider, misc shots

                      exercise: 45 minute walk

                      sleep: 6 hours

                                (I didn't plan to have the same breakfast & dinner but my "fresh" turkey breast was gone off & that was all I had left..)

                                misc: multivit, vit c, omega 3, 2 mug lemon & ginger tea

                                exercise: 130 minute cycle,

                                sleep: 7 hours, breathing difficulty again

                                One month in & I'm down to 181.3ish lbs, 14ish % bf & 37.5' waist - That's a serious drop in the last week - May have something to do with taking measurements after 2 hours of cycling in the heat and being pretty dehydrated..
