Thinking a lot about what to do with my nutrition at the moment
Ive been calorie/macro counting. It does work for me but I dont like how I get so dependent on it. Not unusual for people to develop that perfectionist mindset towards it and it does happen to me as well.
Thinking about very low carb simply using a food list/guidelines and not counting macros and not limiting cals (since keto generally deals with hunger anyway). Im staying with my family for a week as of tomorrow so will think about it more for the next week and if I go ahead with it will start when Im back.
Also it's uni holidays right now so the keto brain fog/entry symptoms wont have much of an impact since I dont require my super brain powers so much for the next few weeks heh
