    I really should get my bloodwork redone since it's been about another 6 months now... I might wait another month or so then have a look because in another month it will be my 1 year anniversary of turning primal!

                    Haha I am! 101kg to be exact. I have been 101kg for about 3 months now but in the last 3 months my bodyfat has dropped another few %! Very strange but I have somehow gained muscle and lost fat at the same time.
