Breakfast: ten eggs fried in lard, and a whole shoulder of roast lamb. Take leftovers to school for lunch. Evening chips made from whole sweet potato deep fried is tallow. If you don't have any tallow deep fry some suet first. And some fatty steak (1kg), plus whatever coloured vegetables you like, fried in dripping from lamb. Leftovers for breakfast. Retain cooked suet pieces for snacks.
Hey, I just finished reading through your journal, and a lot of your posts I've seen around the forum are really worrying. I know you've heard it a thousand times, but you really, really need to stop worrying about calories! My brother probably eats a similar amount to you, and he couldn't get fat if he tried. It's totally normal to eat tons at your age - building a body takes a lot more energy than maintaining one.
I hate to see you struggling so much with these obsessive thoughts. I understand what it's like to worry about these things, though - I'm recovering from anorexia and bulimia, and even if I know it's stupid to worry about gaining weight from fruit or getting fat overnight, that doesn't mean I can just shut off the thoughts. You mentioned trying counseling before, but I think you should give it another shot. You might not have a full-blown eating disorder, but that's no reason not to take your disordered thoughts seriously - getting help early is the best way to prevent things from getting worse.
Hi, Gadsie, we've not interacted on the Forums... I'm only 2 month Primal... but I wanted to say how great your day looked and how fabulous you're cooking a lot for your parents. You seem like a wonderful son and good guy in your own rights. Keep eating well like that! It great seeing that you're not stinting yourself on food and truly loosening up a bit on yourself!
