You can publish anything there for free, and each time they sell one they print a new one off, take their commission and send you the money. They give you an ISBN number for it and then you can sell it on Amazon on the same basis.

The Barefoot Contessa (food network.com) has a great recipe for Sundried Tomatoes. Clearly she isn't primal, but the recipe falls in the guidelines. She made it seem so easy watching it on TV.

If exercise is stressing you out, then do less of it. Just enjoy physical activities with your friends instead.

This for sure! Also, think of it as "I get to do" whatever instead of "I have to". Mindset is everything and find a way to keep it playful. As an adult, I have forgotten how to play and it sucks! Some days it's just another "have to".

I too love that you are cooking for your parents - wish I could get my teen interested!

Is there something you're training for in particular? If not, then don't force yourself to do something you hate. No part of PB says you need endurance training and that can actually interfere with your muscle gains. Go for a long walk/cycle with a friend on the weekends and you should be golden.

Will eat a lot later in the day
Interesting. Well done. That is a lot more of a real-world application that what most people do in the gym.

Ok I decided I really want to build muscle but I don't know where to start. Then I figured I could look for the most perfect muscle building program out there for years and still not have any muscle. So tomorrow I'm just going to start stronglifts and I'll see if it works out. It'll be:

                              Pullups 5x to failure
                              Dips 5x5
                              Bench Press 5x5
                              Barbell row 5x5
                              Squat 5x5
                              Overhead press 5x5

                              2x a week
Any advice/tips always more than welcome

You could also find crossfit workouts online. They're always killer, generally very quick.
