    6 June 12, PB Day 37

    Exercise:
0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home (after working my overnight shift)
1735 hrs: 45 minute walk to work (working an overnight shift)
My legs muscles are sore from my air squats yesterday. Good sign

Picture I took while walking to work.

    During IF: 1745 hrs
Organic Nicaraguan iced coffee with cream.

    Meal #1: 2000 hrs
Four slices of pasture pork loin cooked in bacon fat, 4 organic pasture eggs cooked in bacon grease, 1/3 organic cucumber, served with water.

    Meal #2: 0000 hrs
Small basket of organic strawberries with organic 10% cream. I kind of regret eating this since I wasn't really that hungry but wanted something sweet. It was very good though. Hopefully I don't get too much of a sugar rush because of it.

    Meal #3: 0415 hrs
Grass-fed pasture beef roast pan fried in butter, 2 organic pasture eggs fried in butter, served with water.

(Oooops .... Forgot to take a picture of my meal)

I shouldn't visit your journal until I've ended my fast after lunch! This makes me hungry. Strawberries are my favorite fruit.

Mmm. I love pulled pork. Good barbecue is one thing I miss here. The weather has been so cool and rainy that I haven't used my little smoker/grill much.

Home-made Ketchup recipe found here: Paleo “Ketchup” Recipe | (I use organic products, but non-org would likely taste similar. If you want a spicy chipotle ketchup, add some dried chipotle pepper flakes... YUM, with a kick.

PS- glad you like my pictures It does look more appetizing than it sounds. Thanks for subscribing!!

                                11 June 12, PB Day 41

                                Exercise:
                                30 minute walk

                                Meal #1: 1500 hrs
Pasture pork roast, two organic pasture eggs, organic cucumber, served with water and organic coffee with cream.
(I took a picture on my iPhone but it turned out a big blur, no point in posting it.)

Meal #2: 1930 hrs (The Berryman Pub)
8oz of seasoned Angus beef topped with dijon, mayonnaise, homemade ketchup, dill pickle slivers and red onion with a ceasar salad with bacon and parmesan cheese, served with water and dry red wine. Also had an iced coffee with cream.

                                After:
The pork butt roast had a huge layer of fat (almost half was fat) which helped keep it moist. Very good rub flavor. The meat pulled easily apart. The fat has a good taste but it a bit rich to eat. Not sure if I'll buy this cut again though.
