    Sleep:
    7 hours, solid.

    Exercise:
    0550 hrs: 45 minute walk to work (4.3kms)
    1900 hrs: 45 minute walk home from work (4.3kms)

    During IF:
    0550 hrs: Jamaican Blue Mountain with 18% cream.
    1430 hrs: Coffee with 18% organic cream.

    Meal #1: 1400 hrs
    Pork leg roast with 1/2 raw organic purple Holland bell pepper.

    Meal #2: 2030 hrs
    Pork leg fried served with organic carrots fried in bacon fat. Served with water and a glass of red wine.

      11 hrs, solid

      Exercise:
      1745 hrs: 45 minute walk to work for overnight shift (4.3kms) carrying approx 10 extra pounds.
      0700 hrs: 45 minute walk home after overnight shift (4.3 kms)

      Meal #1: 1530 hrs
      Three organic local pasture eggs, 4 slices of pasture raised double smoked bacon, with a lacto-fermented pickle. (will upload picture tomorrow)

      Meal #1.5: 1745 hrs
      Iced Blue Mountain Coffee with 18% cream.

      Meal #2: 1850 hrs
      Pork Belly.
