    The duck sounds delicious, and so does the bone broth! Have been planning on doing one myself but keep forgetting to buy the bones

      Sorry you didn't have the best of weekends, but that's the great thing about tomorrows, there's always a new one on the horizon.
      5'2", 55 years, Primal since April. Pre-Primal weight loss, from 216.6 to 157.8
      Primal low: 140.2 (Dec. 3) Goal weight: 135?
      Main Primal goal: beating back my CFS enough to function more normally and start writing again

        I keep two containers in my freezer, one for chicken, one for everything else. Any bones left over after meals get tossed in there, toothmarks and all. I might buy some chicken feet, or marrow bones to add, but otherwise, no new bones. We have four eaters in our family, so I end up making broth every two weeks or so. Delicious.

          I will probably have to go that way too, Sabine, although it will take me longer. I'm no longer feeding a crowd, and I'm still getting my head wrapped around the concept of eating meat more often. And the fact that I will have to cook more often to do it...
