Enjoying booch I left here in the refrigerator last week, meaning it has a bit of age. Excellent! I have a good enough store now that I can let it age for awhile. The taste improves a lot. It is good a couple of days after bottling, but really, really good after a bit more time has passed. Before I left for work, I made a big batch of tea and left it to cool, so I'll be bottling tomorrow.
