        It's been awhile since I have been on the site, had a few hickups along the way, underactive thyroid, cyst removed and gained about 20lbs in the process + worst of all tried a lot of yo yo diets uhhhh. So I'm back and starting Primal all over again :-)

        B: X2 Hard boiled eggs & 1/2 can of tuna
        L: Salmon, greenbeans/zucchini/tomato/lettuce
        D: Chicken(olive oil), Mix frozen veggies/olives (butter)

        Fat - 59% (66.33g)
        Prot - 31% (78.76g)
        Carb -11% (28.50g)

        Calories: 1023

        Exercise: 30min walk/sprints & 30min Circuit training (60 side squats, 30 push-ups, 46 Weighted walking lunges, (don't have a pullup bar - pull downs with bands 30) - 10min Tracy Anderson Abs on the mat

              Yes thankyou, enjoying the summer weather it is fabulous. And loving all my primal food so much that I feel less and less tempted by non food as time goes by.
