    Day 15

    Exercise: moved some boxes of books in prep for our impending move

    Food:

    Breakfast – handful of almonds and a couple of strawberries
    Lunch – chicken and broccoli
    Supper – chicken and leafy salad w/ cheese and vinegrette

    Thoughts: Can it really be this easy? I am on day 15 and while the rest of the family has a cold I remain in great health, totally unafflicted.

      Day 16

      Exercise: 45 min of weights, calisthenics and plyometrics

      Food:

      Breakfast – – whey protein shake with keifer and blueberries
      Lunch – just chicken
      Supper – beef and stir fry veggies

      Thoughts: YAY PRIMAL!

        Day 17

        Exercise: lots of yard work, muling around bags of mulch and raking, digging.

        Food:

        Breakfast – Scrambled eggs and nitrate free bacon
        Lunch – Chick filet (again, grrrr!)
        Supper – Just chicken breast

        Thoughts: Another run errands day and another take out lunch, not happy about that and need to plan better.

          Exercise: day off

          Food:

          Breakfast – whey protein shake with strawberries
          Lunch – Chick filet (again, grrrr!)
          Supper – chicken and broccoli

            Day 19/(sat)

            Exercise: took the dog for a mile and a half walk

            Food:

            Breakfast – whey protein shake with keifer and strawberries and flax muffin
            Lunch – just chicken
            Supper – beef burgers w/o the bun and veggies stir fried in coconut oil

            Thoughts: I will be breaking my 30 day primal stretch in a big way tomorrow. It’s my daughters’ birthday celebration, she is 5, and I am not going to not have cake/icecream with my daughter. Don't judge me.

              Day 20/(sun)

              Exercise: not today.

              Food:

              Breakfast – keifer and berries smoothie
              Lunch – chicken and broccoli
              Supper – popcorn chicken and tater tots

              Thoughts: Well broke with the Primal Blueprint just for today to have cake on my daughters birthday. Feel lousy, sluggish, and grumpy. How did I ever eat like this on a regular basis? Well that was today, back to the PB tomorrow.

                Day 21/(Mon)

                Exercise: 1 telephone pole sprints, sprinted 2 lengths, walked 1.

                Food:

                Breakfast –whey protein shake w/ keifer and berries
                Lunch –chicken and tater tots
                Supper –chicken and been stir fry take out

                Thoughts: so-so day, could do with-out the tots but was in a hurry.

                Day 22/(Tues)

                Exercise: none

                Food:

                Breakfast –whey protein shake w/ keifer and berries
                Lunch –chicken and tater tots
                Supper –popcorn chicken take out

                Thoughts: Okay since Sunday I haven’t been 100% Primal and I can definitely feel it. I am bloated, gassy, and generally miserable. My sister in law is visiting and take-out is the easiest thing to do according to my wife. Now there is soda and ice cream in the house again. Really need to get back on track here.

                  WOW!

                  Can't believe it's been this long since I have posted. With moving and all I just lost track of time.

                  I also decided to quit being so formal about all of it and just walk the walk. I am happy to report a success story in the making!

                  I left Arkansas back in June weighing a hefty 250.

                  My weight as of this morning? Down to 234! BOOYAH!!!!

                  My secret? The Primal Blueprint of course! NO bread, grains, processed food, gluten, excessive sweets (I do have the occasional dark chocolate) and all of that other crap that mainstream media says you need.

                  To those reading this and that are stuggling, take heart - it WILL work!
