Reading through PaleoBird's thread now. I won't get it done before I leave work but it'll be interesting to see where it goes and what I can learn. I fully plan to go into a ketogenic state in the near future, for probably about 15 days or so to see if there's any change in my weight. But I have to prepare first and right now, my fridge is not ready for me to go ketogenic... too much stuff there to derail me... Getting the veggies right will be tough, but if I stick to green veggies, I should be ok as the green ones are lower in carbs. I question my discipline right now though...
