  • It sounds like they are keeping you busy. I'm using acupuncture for my shoulder at the moment. I can't say if it is having much effect. I hope you have better results.

    • Thursday is my early day at the office. I'm not a morning person so this is difficult for me. But - here we go! Have a great day all!

        With PB my asthma has improved, low back pain is gone, & I've got more energy

          • home now The day was busy but good.

            Came home and put bad things in my mouth. Namely m&m's. I didn't eat breakfast due to the early hour and lack of time so when I got home I was famished!

            Weight is still holding at 190

              Make some hardboiled eggs so you can take them with you. Or make some egg muffins so you just have to nuke them for 15-20 seconds. It's helpful to have some high protein foods to eat for breakfast even when can't/don't want to cook.

              You can do it, get right back on the horse.

                              • Just for clarity -- I'm not taking a nutritional break -- still eating primally. I just need to break my addiction to the forums! I spend way too much time reading journals and writing in my own journal.

                                I'm giving the WWs online program a try. Yes it allows for all the "bad" things......... but it is very doable for primal eating. You don't have to eat anything you don't want . So, I'm using their points program with primal eating to see I can lose some weight.

                                Wish me luck. I will pop in here and there - but mostly I will be gone for a while.
