Wow you are brave! I like liver, but only cooked and in stuff! I know a lot of people hate overcooked liver, but for me the worst thing is liver that is too lightly cooked and still bloody. Of course I don't cook mine until it's tough but I can't eat it pink! You are probably getting more nutrients out of it when it's raw like that.
