Quick overview of the last few days.
- enjoyed being at the lake for the first time in a few years. enjoyed just piddling, enjoyed skiing (and felt better doing it than in YEARS), enjoyed socializing (more than usual, anyway, lol), looked forward to having friends there.
- CRAZY on Sunday, suddenly at around 9:45 am, I got a huge urge to sleep, and took a 2hr nap!! No idea why. Arms softer that day.
- last night was 138 & looked around 4mo pg, woke up more deflated than in a long while, could see a third of my six pack, lol, weighed 137 (was still quite swollen on the wrists), and felt great all day. I haven't had supplements other than thyrogold & SeaGest since last week, and even those forgot the last day or two.
Then, at 5 I was suddenly crazy for food and silly me, having just come back from being gone 3 days, had nothing prepared to eat. Ate kids' sausage, figuring that since carnitas (marinated in COKE!!!! YIKES!!! WHO DOES THAT?!?!) & almost definitely slightly-tainted-with-cheese spinach didn't harm me last night, that maybe I'd make it through.
About 45m later, I was grumpy, headachey, wanted to sleep and cry, and just miserable. The bloating began, and over another hour, most of the badness wore off, but the bloating got worse. Now 4-5mo pg looking and confused. We'll see whatthe morning brings.
If it was the sausage, I know there was sugar in last night's meat, but maybe less? Or could it really have been the tiny amount of cayenne? (this is *not* spicy sausage)
so so so so frustrating. I really can't let up a bit.
GOTTA order some pet burger from US Wellness tomorrow b/c I"m all out of sausages I can eat at home, and need something I can eat in the morning instead of going through all our pork chops!
