  • Primal Journal - David Stevens

    Starting my primal journal here. I am hoping that it helps me with personal accountability. I am also hoping to use it as a reference for what works for me and what doesn't.

    I started my fitness journey about 10 years ago when I weighed 230lbs and had a laundry list of health issues most of which are gone now.

    I am currently 188lbs at around 16% body fat. I am trying to stay at around the same weight but cut my body fat down to around 10%. That means burning some fat AND adding some muscle.

    Off day from the gym but needed to do something. Did 50 Kettlebell swings with 35lbs.

    B - None. Fasting
    L - Thai Chicken with white rice.
    D - Steak. Brussel Sprouts with Hot Sauce. 2 Margaritas. (Bad caveman. Need to eat better when I am stressed out.)

      5lbs added to body weight x 5 x 5

      Barbell Rows
      80 x 5 x 5

      B - None. Fasting
      L - Greens. Chicken Breast. Buffalo Sauce
      D - Steak. Brocoli and Cauliflower
