    Hello all. I'm brand new to this forum stuff, so this could be a little rocky. I don't have much to lead with, other then I'm overweight and wanting to change that. I'm very interested in Primal Living as well. I feel very fortunate to have found this website. Today I began my Primal Journey.

    My diet today consisted of:

    B - 4 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon

    L - Big salad w/ Chicken and Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar

    D - 1 lbs. ground beef and 3 cups cooked Broccoli

    I guess I should also say that I've submitted a picture for the New Year's challenge and that's why I've created this journal.

      Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
