    Sunday 15 April

    Been eating more seafood this week (salmon, shellfish). Been staying off the junk food pretty good, though I did have icre cream with the dogs after a hike one day. Slow steady weight loss still on track.

    Missed a couple workouts this past week after staying up late studying for an exam. Did a nice 'grease the groove' on the day of the test since I was stuck home all day studying. Made a good break from the books. Wife and I had a great running/leg work out on Friday. Had a friendly sledge hammer throwing contest with some new friends this weekend. Feats of strength are fun.

      Starting daily log tracking again. I've been backsliding terribly in the last week or so. Missing workouts, eating crap, and staying up too late studying to get any real rest.

      08:00 - Walk
      .5 mile with dogs

      11:30 - Walk
      1 mile with dogs

      12:30 - Feed
      .75lb lamb shoulder chop, grilled

      1600 - Walk
      1.5 miles with dogs

      2000 - Feed
      Snack plate with kalamatas, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes
      .75lb salmon fillet, grilled
