Oh... well I've been plateaued since September. But I have got from weighing like a maniac 2-3 times a day to not remembering the last time I weighed in. I also decided to stop ignoring my cravings for sweets and I've been eating more fruit. I've been wanting apples for a while and heck I even bought some plumbs and frozen mango (for shakes!). I'm not going to stress about crap anymore. Going to to back to the way it was as a lifestyle and not a stressful science experiment. We'll see how it goes. Either way I'm happy
