      Okay, you have got to get sent to Ottawa for work. I'll free up a room and get you to cook for me... LOL!
      5'2", 55 years, Primal since April. Pre-Primal weight loss, from 216.6 to 157.8
      Primal low: 140.2 (Dec. 3) Goal weight: 135?
      Main Primal goal: beating back my CFS enough to function more normally and start writing again

        • Jo! I miss calculated! The site I used to see how many weeks there was left in 2012 was actually counting down to Jan 20 2013 I only have 8lbs buffer not 11. Why would this Countdown to Jan 20, 2013 12:00 Noon in Orlando come up when searching "countdown to 2013" in microsoft bing? so not cool!

          @Candy Strawberries are a must have in salad! You won't regret it!

          Food yesterday

          Breakfast: Some kale chips (3-4)

          Lunch- Egg and tuna scramble (4 eggs, 1 can tuna), 3 slices of bacon, 2 squares of G+B 85% dark, some pork rinds

          Dinner- IF

          Supplements- 2tbsp MCT, 6000UI VitD

          Exercise- Gardening and Home repairs with my dad (it was after all father's day!). 6.5 KM barefoot walk with my room mate + Swinging at the park for a half hour.

          Short Term Goal: Fit into the shirts I got on my honeymoon at disney and universal in august next year when I go back to for my 1 year anniversary
          Met Goal: Be a 2x Shirt, Fit in a standard airplane seat belt without the use of a seat belt extension
          Long Term Goal: 166lbs (One day!), Buy whatever cloths I want to wear.

            • Yeah, I'm not too worried but still... BALLSACK!

              I'd love to make the 101lbs year end goal goal on my 1 year paleoversary instead of on new years eve... that just makes it that much tighter.

                Well, if you make it, great! And if you don't, well, you're still doing marvellously well, so there is just no way to be a loser in this equation. Gotta love it.

                    • Hey, been away (from the computer) for a few days.. WTG with the loss. I updated my weigh in and measurements on the 15th. A little bit of progress. Just finished updating my journal. Anyways... keep up the great work!

                        Food for yesterday

                        Breakfast- Slice of slow cooked roast with mustard

                        Lunch- Slice of slow cooked roast, chicken breast, 1/2 massive avacado

                        Dinner- Went out to sushi with a buddy. AYCE of course The only foods I'd be concerned about was dinner (ice cream and a piece of fried banana) other than that I usually let sushi go as far as being or not being paleo.

                        Exercise- Nil

                        • I'm really not getting proper sleep this week. Doesn't help that I start at 7am each morning for this shift... Blarg... I gotta figure something out. I think I'll try get to bed earlier tonight.

                          Lunch- IF because I slept in and it was a choice between breakfast or lunch

                          Dinner- chicken wings and big ass salad.

                          Supplements- 2tbsp MCT, 6000ui VitD

                          Exercise: Walked barefoot to my buddies place and back (2.6km total)
