  • Mike been Going Primal 2 1/2 weeks, My vibrams :)...

    Hey hows it goin my name is Mike and ive been going primal for 3 weeks now. I grew up on the "Healthy Standard American Diet" but still struggled with weight issues for many years from 5th grade on. I was still very active in those years however wasnt in the best athletic shape, but I could pull my weight and was still a pretty successful athlete. Before going primal I ate fairly decent since Senior year in High School cuttin out fast food, soda, and alot of other unhealthy foods, however i was still eating bad i found out.

    Here is the end of November when I was 205-208 and had been for like 2 years. prior to that i was anywhere from 198-205 for a few years as well65..JPG13..JPG

    Ive always had a pretty strong mind set when it comes to commitment and focus on a activity in life. And right now im Fully Commited!! If anyone is interested in me contact me for more info diet, gym, etc....I LOVE MY VIBRAMS!!!

      Ok So I slipped a little on christmas and new years due to my grandma being an amazing cook and me going to a music festival!! Now its back to dedication! Today for breakfast I had my Labrada Pro V 60 Meal shake. Lunch was a big salad with some bacon and a dressing i made out of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and dijon mustard. salad day 1..jpg Current 198 ugh added a few lbs over week and a half was at 189 day1..JPGday 1..jpg1day..JPG

        Well day 2 morning after the lil slip week of the holidays but now im back in full swing of commitment and dedication......day2(3)..JPGday2(2)..JPGday2(1)..JPG

        Ima start of with protein shake for breakfast, then lunch will be a BIG ASS SALAD!! looking forward to it...also I will be IF from lunch until next breakfast as i did yesterday.

          I just got back from a bike ride over to my parents house to take my dog on a walk. Walked and worked on training with my dog for about an hour and 15 minutes. then I rode back across town to my place. I am gettin pretty hungry its almost lunch time ugh.my Body was used to my slips over the holidays in which I was intaking alot of food. now im going back on my solid routine



          Target weight by end of month 180....current 196

            breakfast this morning....

            4 eggs and a piece of chicken and mix veggis green red bell peppers, 1/4 red onion, 1 1/2 cup spinach, 3 oz mushrooms, 1/4 avo, 2 tblsp salsa, 3 strips bacon, 1/4 cheddar shredded.....

              well here was dinner... i just came home from the gym..after my workut right away did a protein shake( Labrada Pro V60) then i came home and made this.. 2 strip bacon, mush, red bell, jalapeno, caroot, chicken breast, cucumber, brocooli, homemade dress olive oil balsamic dijonsaladdin..jpg

                Ok got up at 615 and now sittin down enjoying breakfast....

                3 strip pepper bacon, 1/4 avo, 2tbl salsa, 1 tomtoe, 4 mushroom, half piece chx, 4 over easy eggs, 1 1/2 cups spinach

                          Great progress so far Food looks great, except how come you are drinking protein shakes? Just curious? Wouldn't you rather eat actual food?

                            Break fast this morning....

                            red and green Bell Pepper
                            Red onion
                            Green Onion
                            2 1/2 cup spinach
                            3 scrambled eggs(1 was hard boiled in pic and didnt know until i went to scramble)
                            piece of carne asada left over-All sautee in extra virgin
                            ALL OUT OF BACON AND AVO

                              Yes that is pepper and boy do I love my food with alot of it!!!

                              Also with the protein shakes I will drink it on somedays throughout the week after workout and or breakfast...What are your takes on shakes? I am drinking the Labrada Pro V 60
