      No non primal foods, no dairy, no coffee, no fruit BUT as much as I please of anything else. I don't want to worry about counting everything but from my calculations I should be aiming for:


      1600 cal

      protein: 85g

      fat: 115g

      carb: 50g


      I'm 166cm tall, 20 years old and 86kg.


      Exercise:

      1hr walk 5 times a week

      soccer training once a week

      strength training twice


      Bring it on!

        SerialSinner is better I'm obsessed with capsicums at the moment, espeally red ones! Nummmm num num.
