Argh dairy really is my problem, after that earlier coffee I am soooo bloated too, after my belly had been going down over the last few days. Ah well I just wanted to be sure, and now I am. Back to the coconut crack

        Thanks for the info.

I'm dairy intolerant, too - one thing I've learned over the years is that if I'm gonna cheat, don't cheat with dairy!! It's just not worth the pain . . .
        Started Feb 18 2011

Tried basic primal and almost everything else in pursuit of IBS control, mood stability, and weight loss.

b - 2 X Coffees with pure cream (stupid again, but i ran out of coffee and not buying more for a while)
l - homemade chicken broth with cabbage
tomato slices with colby cheese as "crackers" (cheese doesn't seem to make me feel sick. Hmm maybe its actually the coffee not the cream?)
d - grass fed lamb chops with cabbage and zuchinni fried in a little butter (again butter seems not to affect me).
Delicious lamb chops, very expensive, but so worth it.

Exercise was meant to be sprints for PFB, but did not get to them tonight, walked 45 mins this afternoon, and will do sprints tomorrow.

You'd have to pry my coffee from my cold, dead hands! I'm grateful to not have any issues whatsoever with dairy. I probably eat too much of it but I do not care.

It has been tough, I am not even sure now why I am giving it up TBH I have been doubting that decision all day. I know I can have it without the dairy, but worried about what other issues it might cause for me. Although now I am eating primal, coffee was the worst thing that I had, and I feel terrible without it, I guess it does show how much of addiction it it right? LOL

New rules for myself. I stood on the scales this morning and I am not happy about what ive gained doing primal for 3 weeks. I know ive been overdoing it on the fat. So I am using spark people to do a bit of a track, ive got my macros set at:
                          Carbs - 50 g
                          Protein - 90-100g
                          Fat - 120-140 g
Cals - 1800 (but am about 1300-1400 with what ive planned)

I weigh 90 kg and 158 cm tall
                          Do these macros look OK?

argh this is stupid, giving up coffee was a dumb idea, I feel terrible for the 3rd day in a row. I woke up with the worst headache ever today, and im basically useless My children have watched a lot of tv this week, it doesn't help its been pissing down every day either.
I am just thinking of giving up and riding my bike in the rain to get coffee. At least my children will be dry in the bike trailer.

Well I did go for a 10 km bike ride, I wanted to go further but my legs were stuffed! it was all up and down, not much flat really. I did not get coffee, although I still so badly wanted to.

argh day 4 and I caved.
I now feel bloated again, and I didnt feel that great after it.
So yeah for now will stick to one a day rather than try and have none, but will work on removing it completely.
