yep good - just tweaking tweaking tweaking !!!!!
I get so confused with so much going on, eat more fat, eat more protein, eat more veg.......so have gone back to the basics - ie what worked for me previously, and how can I adapt this way of eating to incorporate that. I am still eating more fat, but I have to tweak to enable weight loss............. so yep all good

OK so I am still here chugging along.
TOM is nearly over, and the bloat is nearly down. Going to weigh again on 1st Feb, and post my results for Jan.
I have decided to weigh once a month, less stressful that way.
Not counting calories or anything right now, but I know approx what I am eating, and will see how I go with that for Feb. Will continue doing what I am doing for now, as it seems to be working.
Not much else to report on at the moment.
I am loving the oil cleansing method I read about on CaveGirlEats blog.
Every 2-3 days I coat my face in a mix of castor oil and grapeseed oil. About a tbs full. I use a hot facecloth to kinda steam my face for a min or so, then wipe off. Steam again with the hot face cloth. I moisturise with a little jojoba oil.
My face feels amazing, and my pores are looking better too.
I can't believe i've been wasting so much money, on so called natural skin care over the years.
Going for a 3 hour drive tomorrow to drop my husband off for a conference, where he will be for the week. He could have flown, but we thought it would be nice for us to go for the day, then go pick him up on Friday. Will be leaving by 4 am, so will have a BP coffee, then find a cafe once we arrive, should be able to find primal food, if not ill just fast, and my family can do the best they can. Will be taking food for on the drive home though.
Still here. I seem to have settled in to having a coffee with hwc first thing (I am not actually enjoying the coffee so much, so only have the one, have a tea with hwc later in the day), maybe a smaller meal late morning (not always needing this), then a larger meal in the afternoon. Sometimes I have tea at night, but not always. I am rarely feeling hunger, and when I do its gradual, not urgent, I like this. I still feel pretty damn good My husband is back tomorrow from a week away so will be walking daily and 2-3 days of weights, and I am so excited.
Tomorrow will be my official weigh for Jan. Looking forward to seeing the results. I have stopped weighing every day, and tracking, as it just really stresses me, and who needs more stress in their life. Not me!
