      Christmas madness O.V.E.R.

      Monday
      B: Leftovers - roasted tomatoes; potato, leek and sage gratin; large dollop each of sour cream, lemon and dill sauce ;hummus; beetroot dip
      L: looked pretty much like breakfast without the gratin and with a little tin of chilli tuna
      D: poached chicken salad with lots of lovely greens
      other: water, herbal teas, little bit of dark choc, bubbles

          B: french toast made with a piece of home made sourdough, raspberries, blueberries, greek yogurt
          L: couple of home made sausage rolls, well the filling was primal, few spoons of leftover home made hummus
          D: tandoori chicken kebabs, curried potato cakes, tomato (some home grown) & mint (home grown), cucumber & yogurt, lettuce (home grown) with yummo dressing (home made), a little pappadum
          other: water, herbal teas, carrot cake, hot chocolate, bubbles (oh please let this Christmas/New Year week be over SOON)

            B: crepe/pancake made with an egg, some milk, a spoonful of coconut flour, cinnamon and nutmeg, cooked in coconut oil, topped with blueberries, raspberries and greek yogurt
            L: leftover chilli can carne on top of grated cauli and zucchini with greek yogurt on top, a teaspoon of coconut oil
            D: smoked salmon frittata with zucchini salad, brandy snap basket with mascarpone and strawberry filling
            other: water, herbal teas, wine, an apple with almond spread

              It is SOOOO good to be home again!

              B: a sort of apple coconut pancake - a grated apple, an egg, some milk, some cinnamon and nutmeg, mixed together and cooked in coconut oil, topped with greek yourt
              L: zucchini and carrot fritter with egg, mint, salt and pepper, topped with a small tin of tuna
              D: lamb curry with cabbage curry and salad
              other: water, herbal tea, hot chocolate

                Friday again, how did that happen?

                B: one piece of microwave flax bread with almond spread
                L: the other piece of flax bread with a big gorgeous chunk of chicken liver pate
                D: thai fish cakes, somewhat primalised, kumara oven wedges,stir fried green veg with some chilli, garlic and tamari... and Wheat Belly Cheesecake

                A jolly good day, not a hint of hunger, not the slightest urge to eat unplanned crap. Tomorrow is day three post holiday, danger day, I WILL be strong.

                      B: Zucchini, carrot, egg and mint mixed into a fritter type thing, cooked in butter and topped with greek yogurt
                      L: Leftover silverbeet cooked in spinach, fish cakes and other assorted veg
                      D: The men are making pizza so I am going to make a super salad with runny poached eggs on top. I am going to include my home made dehydrator-dried tomatoes, home made sauerkraut and home made salad dressing... with anything else I can find that might go well.

                                I just have to put this in writing, in fact I may already have done so but I'm going to do it again - I LOVE all the weird and wonderful information on the MDA forums, absolutely LOVE it. Thanks all!

                                Later: BUUUUT, I am strangely fascinated and a bit concerned at the number of people who start to eat this way then post about how concerned they are about the supposed negative health impacts. I mean, WHY OH WHY would you eat stuff that you think is making you sick???
