    I'm hoping to hear some encouraging words. I follow the PB religiously, exercising lighter then I used to, with Heavy days of lifting mixed in but not the primary any more. I am a 5'7 female with a very muscular athletic build (which i'm good with ) but I have a layer of fat around my butt and around my lower stomach. I'm 2.5 months into fully adopting the lifestyle, and my "cushion" goes nowhere!! I believe my overall health is great so I'm not going to give up, but just wondering if anyone had any additional advice.

    Stick with it! Eventually it will happen, I think you're body is probably still adjusting. Congrats on your success so far!

      Congrats on your success so far....from the description of your height and build, it would seem to me that you only probably have the last little bit of fat left to lose. I'm sure you'll get there eventually.
