I've been thinking about going Primal for awhile. I've always tried to live lower carb with fewer grains. I don't really watch my dairy and have not quite embraced the 'fat is not the enemy' mentality, but I'm getting better. I'm loving my protein shakes in the morning: chocolate whey protein, ice, unsweetened almond breeze, flax seeds (sometimes some plain greek yogurt) - soo good!
We had a picnic today but I managed to make it through with a beef patty, chicken thigh, and small bit of watermelon. Here are my stats for the day (I'm about 5'6", 145 lbs) What do you think?
