    I've been thinking about going Primal for awhile. I've always tried to live lower carb with fewer grains. I don't really watch my dairy and have not quite embraced the 'fat is not the enemy' mentality, but I'm getting better. I'm loving my protein shakes in the morning: chocolate whey protein, ice, unsweetened almond breeze, flax seeds (sometimes some plain greek yogurt) - soo good!

    We had a picnic today but I managed to make it through with a beef patty, chicken thigh, and small bit of watermelon. Here are my stats for the day (I'm about 5'6", 145 lbs) What do you think?

    Calories 1,488

    Fat 76

    Carbs 69

    Protein 115

      Go for it! I actually started a Facebook Diary before I found this website - feel free to visit it might provide some motivation. I've lost 37 lbs in 90 Days (213 LBS.down to 176 which was my goal for the year!).
