i am jumping in a couple weeks late but will go a couple weeks later. basically i want to be healthy. my family has every problem health wise and i want it to not be a problem in my life. i do need to lose another 25/30 lbs (i have already lost 60/70) but my main goal is to be healthy. so let's do this! my goal is to shoot for less than 75g carbs a day and more than 80g protein. the hard part...no one else in my circle is into this and that makes it hard. it makes it hard to be single and just prepare for myself. but let's do this!
