    Hi! I am a 29 year old female. Starting is about 150lb. I am 5'6"

    September 12th Day One:
    Day 1/30

    Breakfast:
    Smoothie with whey, strawberries, almond milk
    Coffee with whole milk

    Lunch:
    Salad with grapes, broccoli, shaved parm cheese, seasame oil
    Ground Beef and Salsa Soup
    Trader Joe's Whole Milk Yogurt

    Snack:
    TJs' Whole Milk Yogurt

    Dinner:
    Veggies and Sour Cream dip
    Steak
    Cabbage with Onions and butter
    2 glasses red wine

    After Dinner:
    2 bowls mixed berries with almond milk

    Total Calories: 1739
    Total Carbs (net) 100g
    Workout: Sprints (12 x 10mph), walking on treadmill
    Thoughts: so much food! I really need to watch my portions That's the hardest thing for me
