    Day l:

    I've planned out a week's menu of eating mainly fish and eating only twice a day. These are changes I'm trying as a primal challenge, along with not eating out.

    Breakfast: bacon and eggs, black coffee

    Lunch: sardines and greens

    Workout: from Robb Wolf's book (beginner stuff) and walking with my neighbor tonite

    That's the plan, and I'm GONNA stick to that.

    I am following the plan so far. Breakfast ENDED at 8:28 am. That means I will not eat again til lunch. This is a new behavior for me.
