    This past week I've been eating whatever I wanted because food was everywhere! Dusting myself off and getting back on the horse.
    Abs? EZ! \_(ツ)_/

    My lifting goals!
    Bench press 135 lbs.
    Do 4-5 pull-ups with body weight or do one with an extra 10-15 lbs hanging from my waist.
    Squat 225 lbs.
    Deadlift 225-230 lbs - Done! New goal: 315-320

    Food Rules!
    1. Eat whole, natural foods ie. fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit.
    2. Target a 8hr eating window, 16 hrs fasting.
    3. 1600 calories MAX a day
    4. Minimum protein intake of 120g a day
    5. Love and nourish myself, not deprive and starve myself.

      IF!!
      10pm: 20 macadamia nuts. Some mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels, cuttlefish) and mushrooms.

        9am: Half cup of cinnamon coffee
        12:30pm: Kabocha squash with coconut oil. 1 canned salmon.
        5pm: 10 macadamia nuts. Couple spoonfuls of shredded coconut.
        9pm: Grilled salmon and spinach salad with guacamole. Whipped cream for dessert.

          9am: Half cup of coffee
          12:30pm: Spinach in olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a tin of anchovies mixed with lemon juice. 1/4 cup of flax seed.
          5:30pm: 1 tiny purple yam. 20 macadamia nuts. Some coconut milk.
          6:30pm: 2 tilapia fillets. Mashed pumpkin with cream.
          9:30pm: Half a cup of whipped cream with half a cup of frozen berries.

            8am: Half a cup of coffee with 2 eggs microwaved with a tbspn of butter.
            12:30pm: Some mushrooms and left over mixed seafood in tomato sauce. Cubes of cheese were sampled.
            3:30pm: Half a cup of fresh cranberries. 10 unsweetened chocolate pistoles. 3 mochi from japan. [Treat 1 of 3]
            5pm: 2 fillets of salmon roasted in the oven with a bed of salad greens topped with homemade garlic aioli. 10 macadamia nuts with 1/4 can of coconut milk and a spoonful of unsweetened shredded coconut for dessert.

              8am: Coffee
              12pm: Salmon salad and summer roll at a thai place. 1/4 cup of flaxseed.
              4pm: 1 glass of Fat Tire and a bite of way-too-sweet cake[Treat 2 of 3]
              8pm: Mixed sashimi. And toppings of pizza (tomato, cheese, onion, artichokes). 10 macadamia nuts.


              12/3/11
              12:30pm: 4 eggs scrambled in butter and onions. 20 macadamia nuts. 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup vanilla whipped cream with flaked coconut.
              3pm: 20 pistoles of unsweetened chocolate [Treat 3 of 3], 1 persimmon
              8pm: 1 large tuna steak over a salad of mixed greens and onions with fresh cranberries. 1 spicy tuna roll.

              12:30pm: 20 macadamia nuts
              1:30pm: 4 eggs scrambled in bacon fat. 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree.
              8pm: 1 cup of creamy tumeric tea made with coconut milk. 1/4 slice of half the recipe for chicken clafouti, substituting salmon for chicken.

                1pm: The rest of my salmon clafouti.
                10pm: 2 scrambled eggs with onion. 20 macadamia nuts. 1 cup of creamy tumeric tea with coconut milk.

                Started feeling a sore throat today. :[ Also, When I weighed myself last Friday I was 138 again.

                  12pm: Mixed green salad with fresh cranberries and anchovies. Olive oil and balsamic vinegarette dressing. 1/4 cup of flax seed.
                  5:30pm: 15 macadamia nuts.
                  8:30pm: 1 persimmon, 1 bunch of kale, 2 mahi mahi fillets. A couple spoonfuls of flaked coconut.
                  9:30pm: 1 oz of Ghirardelli unsweetened chocolate. [Treat 1 of 3] 5 macadamia nuts.

                    3pm: End of the year celebration so lots of free food! Cheese, broccoli and cauliflower, crab salad on spinach, and egg frittata with mushroom.

                      9am: 1/2 cup coffee
                      1:30pm: 15 macadamia nuts. Homemade guac
                      2:30pm: 1.5 bowls of Red curry pumpkin soup made with: garlic, onion, ginger, coconut cream, red curry paste, enoki mushrooms, spinach, and tilapia.
                      5pm: A little bit more soup.
                      10pm: Ginger tea with lemon and touch of maple syrup.

                        9am: 1/2 cup coffee
                        12:30pm: Spinach salad with 1 can of salmon and guacamole. 1/3 cup of flax seed
                        6pm: 20 macadamia nuts
                        7:30pm: 2 bowls of red curry pumpkin soup from yesterday. A couple spoonfuls of shredded coconut for dessert.
                        10pm: 1 cup primal eggnog: 1 egg, 1/2 cup cream, splash of bourbon, sprinkling of nutmeg. [Treat 2 of 3]

                        12:30pm: 1/2 bowl of red curry pumpkin soup. 20 macadamia nuts. Couple spoonfuls of flaked coconut.
                        5pm: .25 oz of chocolate and 1 chocolate covered espresso bean.
                        6pm: 1 persimmon
                        7pm: 1 large tuna steak over a bed of spinach with ginger and sesame seed. Tiny leftover bit of guacamole. Tiny bit of pumpkin puree leftover with a splash of cream. 1 cup of creamy tumeric tea.
                        8pm: 0.5 oz of unsweetened chocolate [Treat 3 of 3]

                          11am: 1 cup coconut cream. 1/3 cup flax seed porriage with 1 tbspn almond butter, 5 chopped almonds, handful of flaked coconut, tablespoon of coconut oil. 10 macadamia nuts.
                          1pm: Whipped 1/3 cup of cream and ate it with more flaked coconut.
                          2pm: 10 macadamia nuts. 0.5 oz unsweetened chocolate. [Treat 1 of 3]
                          3pm: 1 small mahi mahi fillet crusted with cumin. 16 shrimp dipped in melted butter.
                          6:30pm: 1 small mahi mahi fillet, 1.5 salmon fillets. Little side of cooked cranberries. Toasted flaked coconuts - THIS IS DELICIOUS.

                            IF!!
                            5:30pm: Double shot of espresso
                            8:30pm: Toasted flaked coconuts. Left over .5 salmon fillet with cooked cranberries. 19 shrimp dipped in melted butter. 20 macadamia nuts.

                            Oh yeah, weighed myself and am 135!! Horray! 2 weeks of primal = -3lbs. Goal: 130 by the end of the year!?!?!
