    7:30am: 1/2 cup black coffee
    12pm: Chinese spicy tomato, eggplant, cuttle fish, tofu, fish soup. 1 can of wild salmon. 2 1inch blocks of cheese.
    1:30pm: 22 pistoles of dark chocolate.
    4:30pm: Ahi tuna steak with tomato, onion, garlic, olive oil dressing. 1 avocado with soy sauce. 1/2 cup frozen berries.
    10:30pm: 1/4 cup coconut milk. 1.5 tbspoons almond butter. 22 almonds.

    Bench press 135 lbs.
    Do 4-5 pull-ups with body weight or do one with an extra 10-15 lbs hanging from my waist.
    Squat 225 lbs.
    Deadlift 225-230 lbs - Done! New goal: 315-320

      12pm: Cod with spinach, onion, and tomato salad.
      5pm: 44 hazelnuts with 22 pistoles of unsweetened chocolate. 4 eggs. 2 mahi mahi fillets. Spinach.
      8pm onward: Lots of beer and 2 mixed drinks. [Treat 3 of 3]

                  12pm: Indian food lunch: baingan bharta, tandoori fish, spinach, chai
                  8pm: Eggplant and zucchini with tomato sauce and cod. PUMPKIN BEER! [Treat 2 of 3] and Lindt dark chocolate from Germany.

                  12pm: Scrambled eggs with vegetables. Salad. Espresso with whipped cream.
                  4pm: Popcorn and beer [Treat 3 of 3]
                  9pm: 2 eggs. 2 Tablespoons almond butter. 22 hazelnuts

                      7pm: Spaghetti squash. A little baba ganoush.
                      8:30pm: 1 ahi tuna steak with a few cherry tomatoes. 10 pistoles of chocolate.
