    I ate rice today! Soooooooo I'm technically off the Whole 30. Well, if I am to be super critical and strict, then I was off the whole 30 when I had soy sauce in my mom's cooking a couple weeks ago. Oh well. I'm still technically sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free! Day 17!
