    Day 1: 9/12
    B: 2 Eggs scrambled, 2oz pork sausage, 1oz cheddar, 3tbsp fresh salsa
    S: 2oz peppered salami
    L: Chicken strips (forgot my wallet at home, had to buy lunch with change)
    D: Hot italian sausage over green beans and chard, spinach almond and swiss salad.

    WOD:
    Walk 1 mile at work
    Continue work on building tool shed.

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs, greek plain yogurt with sliced strawberries
    S: 1oz peppered salami
    L: Carnitas nachos (without chips)
    S: greek plain yogurt with sliced strawberries
    D: Hot italian sausage over green beans and chard

    WOD:
    Continue work on building tool shed.

      B: Plum, Breakfast bowl (2 eggs scrambled, pork sausage, cheese, fresh salsa)
      L: Double cheeseburger & avocado (no bun)
      S: Peppered salami, nectarine
      D: Breakfast sausage patty, artichoke, red wine

        L: Alpastor nachos (no chips)
        S: Apple
        D: Sirloin steak, green beans in tikka masala sauce.

              Hi. Thanks for the reply. Honestly for my size (6' 205..used to be 245) I have never eaten in large quantities. Even with the foods listed here, I find it difficult to eat lunch sometimes because breakfast hangs with me so long.
