    What BCAAs do you use? I bought Universal's Beef Aminos, but I'm not sure when to take them.

        Ok so yesterday I ate:

        2 cups greek yogurt w/ 1 tsp honey, 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
        1 chicken (one of those pre-cooked ones from the grocery store)
        a large handful of almonds
        1 tin of kippers
        2 cups of broccoli

            Bench Press: 2x10x205
            Tricep Pushdowns: 120x10, 140x10, 140x10
            EZ Curl bar 21s: 80lbs
            Dumbbell 21s: 35lbs

            I ate:
            A chicken
            2 servings BCAA
            2 cups broccoli
            1 banana
            1 sweet potato
            Coffee with cream

                Lifting:

                Squats: 4x9x245
                Bench: 2x10x235
                Close grip bench: 8x205, 6x205
                Incline bench: 10x190, 9x190

                I ate/will eat:
                2 servings BCAAs
                3 pork chops
                2 cups broccoli with salsa, coconut oil, black truffle oil, and 1/8 cup cheese
                2 cups baby spinach w/ butter
                1 yam
                1/2 lb ground turkey

                I also had a little off-plan eating last night - 1 square of lasagna and a little serving of apple crisp. Totally tasty and worth it I'm also slightly off my normal schedule, as I'm in one of those periods where I need to work 14 hour days for a few days in a row... Still feeling pretty good, and very pleased that I was able to get to the grocery store and stock up on food... I definitely wasn't eating enough, certainly not enough to build muscle and probably not enough to stave off starvation haha

                  Rest day yesterday... I ate:
                  1lb antipasto (salami, proscuitto, and provolone cheese tossed in a balsamic pesto mayo kinda thing)
                  1/2 lb ground turkey
                  1 onion
                  4tbsp coconut oil
                  1 package frozen broccoli
                  1 small cup of frozen mixed berries with half & half

                  Workout for today:
                  Squats: 5x7x257
                  Chin-ups: 10, 9, 6
                  Lat pulldowns: 180x10, 180x10, 180x10
                  Bent rows: 5x165, 5x175, 5x190, 5x205, 5x225
                  Renegade Rows: 3x8x60

                  And I ate/will eat:
                  1 package frozen brussel sprouts
                  4 pork chops (~1.5lbs)
                  coffee
                  2 servings BCAAs
                  1 sweet potato
                  3 tbsp almond butter
                  .5lbs ground turkey
                  1 package frozen broccoli

                      If it's not, there is something wrong with him if he keeps drinking it. All BCAAs taste like crap in one way or another due to the fact that they NEVER fucking dissolve. BCAA Boost from True Protein is the only one that I have found that I can actually drink and not gag. It has other crap mixed in it as well, but I have never been one to follow instructions all that well.

                        I think it is working... I'm happy to get 24g of high quality protein per serving I'm going to test my bodyfat, weight, etc. every two weeks and test my max lifts once a month, so we shall see if the numbers bear it out...

                          One arm DB shoulder press: 8x70 each arm
                          Hise Shrugs (thanks, Apex Predator): 10x225, 10x275, 10x275
                          Supersets:
                          Lateral db raise: 10x35, 8x35
                          Front db raise: 8x35, 10x35
                          Rear db raise: 10x35, 10x35

                          I ate/will eat:
                          3 pork chops
                          2 servings BCAAs
                          1 bag of frozen broccoli
                          1 bag of frozen brussels sprouts (both with butter and olive oil)
                          2 more pork chops
                          3 eggs w/ parmesan cheese
                          1/2 cup cottage cheese

                            are BCAAs in pill form inferior to the powder? could I get away with it?

                                1 package frozen broccoli w/ butter and coconut oil
                                1 sweet potato w coconut oil, cinnamon, and a teaspoon of brown sugar
                                4 pork chops
                                1 serving BCAAs
                                1/2 lb ground turkey
                                3 eggs

                                I weighed myself after working out today and I'm at 258... up three lbs... I don't think I've put on 3 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks, but that would please me
