          one stick celery w/cream cheese

          carrot & celery sticks
          2 home made hamburgers
          small tomato , lettuce and egg salad w/mayo (home made w/olive oil)
          bell pepper fried in lard
          fruit salad

          Tea:
          4 small primal pancakes
          1oz of wheat products
          1 cafe con leche

          Dinner:
          celery w / cream cheese
          1 slice pizza
          fruit salad

            exercise: 6 x 15" sprints on the sand (barefoot)
            1 hr walk
            10 pushups (w 15kg weight on back)

            BF:
            1 cup café con leche
            1/2 cup yoghurt w/cacao

            Lunch:
            meat
            boiled egg
            tomato , celery, carrot & beetroot
            2 servings fruit salad
            small piece of choc

            Tea:
            half a slice of white bread
            50 g of apple pie

            Dinner:
            can of sardines
            1 slice of top-heavy pizza
