  • Wednesday:

    7.5 hours of sleep. Amazingly tired, to the point where I considered calling in sick. Dragged myself out of bed and got a coffee for breakfast. Lunch was pork-onion-pear. Walked 2 miles and ate a 72% chocolate bar with pistachios (which sucked, by the way). During the day, walked another mile, and grabbed some really really really good but really really really expensive chocolate. On the way home, sobbed a little again. WTF is wrong with me.

    Dinner was tomato-eggwhite-basil soup and 3 pears. Calories 1650.

    • Thursday:

      7 hours of sleep now. Pretty sure it's the stress from my job that I'm waking up feeling slightly sick and not well-rested. Pork-onion-pear for lunch. Walked 1 miles. Had a chocolate truffle and a dark chocolate espresso bean. Did some yoga stretches for an hour. Not quite as relaxing as I would have liked, but it was nice. Dinner was some salmon collar, potato-onion-basil saute, and a huge container of cabbage. Calories 1950.

      • Friday:

        7 hours of sleep....walked 1 mile during the day and succumbed to stress at work. Had a black coffee in the morning and some chocolate covered espresso beans. Starting to get a headache from clenching my jaw/keeping my eyes open. Pork thing for lunch. Went to the gym to do snatches: 45x5, 55x3x3 and 6 sets of 5-10-15 of pullups/pushups/squats. At home, ate 1 lb bass, 1/2 dry cup brown rice, and steamed napa cabbage. Calories 1500.

        Also weighed myself. 153. I can feel myself being bloated, but I don't know from what...extra salt? Too much cortisol somehow creating water retention? Idk.

        • Saturday:

          7.5 hours of sleep. Went to the farmers market, and bought 3 pints of strawberries. Ate them and some sprouted almonds. Went to a flying lotus yoga class. Really liked it, but massively bruised my hip Came back and ate some chicken livers fried while covered with coconut flour. Also ate some tomato egg soup with basil. Sampled some cacao goji squares at WF. Dinner was a bunch of boiled eggs and egg whites, honey basil lemon sorbet, and a shitton chocolate chips. Calories 2650.

          • Sunday:

            7 hours of sleep. Farmers' market in the morning, followed by some coffee and more walking around trying to figure out what to do before church. Walked about 1.5 miles. Also drank some coconut water. Lunch was korean bibimbap and some walking. Went to the gym.

            Deadlift: 140x5, 190x5, 235x2, 245x1, fail@ 255 (awww)
            OHP: 45x5, 65x3
            Push press: 45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x4x3
            Back squat: 75x5, 105x5, 145x5

            Came home and ate sauteed potato and onion with rosemary, a lb of bass, and mustard greens. Also ate some chocolate chips. Calories 2850.

            • Monday:

              6.5 hours of sleep. (ohhhh dear). Drank tea in the morning and ate chocolate chips. Lunch was pork-onion-rosemary-pear. And chocolate chips. Walked around 3 miles. Drank some coconut water and ate some sprouted almonds and dried cherries. Went to dinner at a nice restaurant where I had pieces of a mini pizza made with unagi and tofu, edamame, hamachi, and duck breast. I think calories at around 2400.

                7 hours of sleep. Tea in the morning. Pork onion rosemary pear for lunch. 3oz chocolate chips and an unsweetened chocolate bark with hazelnuts as a snack. Walked about 2 miles during the day. Gym.

                Clean: 55x5, 65x3x3
                Deadlift to shrug: 75x5, 105x5, 125x5, 145x5
                Push press: 45x5, 55x5, 65x5, 75x3x3
                Front squat: 75x5, 95x5, 115x5
                OH squat: 45x5
                Bench: 45x14, 75x8

                Came home and ate 1 lb bass, 1 lb potato and onions, and 3/4 lb mustard greens. And a 2-lb kabocha squash. And a Tbsp honey. Calories 2450.

                  7 hours of sleep. Black oolong tea in the morning with coconut water. My caffeine/stress headache is back again. Pork onion rosemary pear for lunch. 6 oz chocolate chips this time. Also had chocolate covered coffee beans like the past few days. Coconut water. Walked around 1 mile during the day, walked around at night running errands. Dinner was tomato egg soup. Calories 2200.

                    8 hours of sleep. Breakfast was coconut water and black oolong tea. Lunch was 3/4 lb pork stew meat sukiyaki with cabbage, seaweed, green onion, shiitake, miso, and vinegar. 8 oz of chocolate chips............

                    Gym..
                    Snatch: 45x5, 55x3x3
                    Clean: 55x5, 65x3x3
                    Deadlift to shrug: 75x5, 105x5, 125x5, 145x5
                    Push press: 45x5, 55x3 and hurt shoulder
                    Front squat: 45x5 hurt shoulder

                    Dinner was grilled tongue and fish and bibibap and lychee sorbet. Expect bloat tomorrow. Calories 2700.

                      6.5 hours of sleep. Breakfast was some chocolate chips and black tea. Lunch was pork sukiyaki and mung beans with honey. Coconut water during breaks. 3 miles walking. Dinner was some raw sprouted chocolate cookies and cacao goji squares. Got a bit sick, so ate some chicken and beef from WF hot bar. Had some wine. Calories 2400.

                        Ate 1/4 lb chocolate chips, which I logged in the morning. 6.5 hours of sleep. Breakfast was nothing except a few small fruit samples. Went to the gym and did 9 sets of 5-10-15 of pullup, pushup, squats. Lunch was 1 lb bass with 1 lb potato and some pea shoots. Then chocolate chips. Also ate some coconut milk mung bean ice cream and the leftover mung beans. Dinner was a nother bass, followed by some cacao goji squares. Calories 2900.

                          8 hours of sleep. Had some cherries at the farmers market and coffee. Lunch was lettuce wrapped ground beef burger and a fruit cup in syrup. Then had 2 lbs of pears. Then a bunch of mung bean ice cream. Then some bitter melon and egg/egg whites. Finished with a not-so-ripe kabocha squash. Walked about a mile during the day. Calories 2250.

                            Monday, 20th:

                            Slept 7 hours. Coffee and coconut water for breakfast. Pork sukiyaki for lunch and some chocolate chips. Walked 1 mile. Dinner was some wine and jicama slices at a reception, followed by kabocha squash and some pears at home. Calories 1650.

                              Slept 7.5 hours. Lunch was pork-pear-onion. Snack of chocolate chips after walking 1 mile. Went to stretch yoga class. Ate another serving of pork-pear-onion for dinner and some sauteed potatoes with italian seasoning. Finished with a half tbsp of honey. Calories 2200.

                                6.5 hours of sleep. Coffee for breakfast. Chicken breast and caprese salad for lunch and late afternoon. Sprinted down the street several times before foot hurt. Ate 3 boiled eggs and sauteed potatoes. Flew and napped 20 minutes, and then ate some almond flour dessert with Chunky Monkey for dessert. Calories 2600.
