      • Updates on last two days.

        Monday:

        Did usual at gym.

        Squats: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 155x1x5, 155x1x5, 145x1x5, 135x1x5
        Bench: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 115x1x1, 100x2x5
        Snatch: 45x1x5, 55x1x5, 65x4x3

        Came home and ate a pound of shrimp with coconut flakes and lime juice, half a dozen eggs, half a dozen egg whites, some duck eggs, and a pound of cauliflower rice. Mmmmmm....

        Yesterday:

        Too tired. Had 4 hours of sleep. Had like 7oz of coconut flakes as snacks, went over to a friend's house for a few ribs with bbq sauce, and came home and ate a dozen eggs/egg whites and like 8oz of raw honey @_@ Walked about 3 miles the entire day, which is something at least...

              They were sold out and that's the only place I can get them pretty cheap. They won't get them in 4 weeks! I'll buy 30 at once

                • Man the lack of sleep every day is killing me.

                  Yesterday was so disgusting at the gym that I don't even want to post...ugh

                  Squats: (overhead) 45x1x5, (front) 45x1x5, (front) 95x1x5, (front) 115x1x5, (back) 135x1x5, 145x2x5
                  OHP: 35x1x5, 65x1x5, 70x1x3, 65x2x5
                  Deadlift: 135x1x5, 225x1x2, 260x0

                  Food was Americano with a few Tbsp of heavy cream at Starbucks for lunch. Dinner was half a daikon/ground beef/egg bake and half a pound of duck gizzards simmered in soy sauce, anise, and ginger. With some white rice cooked in coconut oil. And some wine.

                  Totally getting more sleep tonight. I ate a huge breakfast this morning for fear of low energy throughout the day.

                  • Thursday:
                    Tired. Just ate a lot. I think it was something like a pound of liver with an onion, a dozen eggs, and a few ounces of shredded coconut for dinner. This was after a half dozen eggs for breakfast with honey and an afternoon Americano with lots of cream. Not one of my finer moments.

                    Friday:
                    Tried to fast, but lunchtime I felt cravings for that cream in the Americano. The barista pretty much dumped half of the thing full of cream, so I couldn't finish it. Lame. Dinner after sprints was mashed sweet potatoes with cauliflower fried rice with grass fed ground beef. And some eggs.

                    Saturday:
                    Walked a LOT. Made up for it by consuming pretty much all my protein for the day in dairy. And some seafood. Woke up bloated from salt.

                    Sunday:
                    Friend visiting did not want to walk around after our really long walk, so got about 3 miles in before consuming two dozen eggs for dinner. Oh, and had cauliflower fried rice for lunch, and had to eat like four sweet potatoes worth. I think eating carbohydrates in the afternoon was just a bad idea.

                      24 hour fast. After lifting, had a pound of sweet potato, a pound of radishes, a pound of ground beef, and a side of parsley. And 10 egg whites and 2 eggs. And then I opened a gift from someone and dug into WAY too many dark chocolate covered macadamia nuts. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

                        Had the remaining choc covered mac nuts in the afternoon. Then went to the gym by biking, and then doing pushups and pullups, then biking back. Dinner was a 2.5lb perch baked in ginger and scallions. And 6oz of coconut chips ^^;

                          Wow those chocolate covered mac nuts probably made my gym workout Wednesday really awesome. I fasted except for several tablespoons of heavy cream for lunch in my coffee before gym awesomeness:

                          Squat: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 155x3x5 <--And they were 5 in a row, not like how I usually give up after 3 reps and do the next 2 after some rest
                          OHP: 45x1x5, 65x1x5, 70x2x5, 75x1x5
                          Deadlift: 135x1x5, 225x1x1, 260x1x1 <--WHOOOHOOO and strapless!

                          Celebrated by eating several ounces of mac nuts, pecans, and walnuts. Also took a grab at several ounces of coconut flakes. Then ate dinner, which was scrambled 2 eggs and 10 egg whites with a pound of shrimp. Sauteed up a huge bunch of parsley. Also ate almost a pound of sweet potato. Drank dandelion tea at night, and as expected, BLOATED this morning. Yayyy expelling toxins!

                            Was going to try a 36 hour fast, but couldn't do it because hunger set in as I was preparing the meat for hiking this weekend. Ate the chicken skins (bf doesn't like them, so I excluded from the salad) from the pastured chicken thighs (although they are fed corn and soy...wtf?) and sucked the marrow from the bones. Ate a dozen eggs as a supplement, and then gave in to 3 bananas. Oh, and a bunch of coconut chips. I really need to stop having those in the house lol.

                            • Friday:
                              Fasted all day and had a whole 1-lb fish and some yams for dinner. No exercise.

                              Saturday:
                              Hiking for more than ten miles. Breakfast was bacon and scrambled eggs (holy moly, non-burnt-to-a-crisp bacon is actually pretty tasty!) and some chicken salad. Lunch was chicken salad. Dinner was chicken salad (yes, I made a lot of chicken salad....) and some eggs and a sweet potato. I think I hit like 3000 calories, but I burned pretty much all of that on the hike.

                              Sunday:
                              Lifting day. Had chicken salad (yes....too many leftovers) and a hamachi roll for lunch.

                              Squats: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 135x1x5, 155x3x5
                              Bench: 45x1x5, 95x1x5, 105x1x3, 105x1x2, 100x2x5
                              Snatch: 45x1x5, 60x1x5, 65x3x5

                              Dinner was chicken salad (lol! finally finished) with lettuce, a sweet potato, and lamb. With some red wine

                              • Monday:

                                Tried to do a 36 hour fast again. I should just let this happen naturally because I can't seem to go much over 24 hours. Finished dinner at 9pm the previous night, and went to bed around 10pm, not very hungry. I actually woke up at 1am, very wide awake, feeling extremely dizzy and weak. Felt it was probably best if I ate something, so went to the kitchen and made a dozen hard boiled eggs and some sweet potatoes. Snacked on some celery and nori while it cooked. Ate it all, still felt hungry, so whipped up another dozen hard boiled eggs and ate all of it, with a few of the yolks chucked out towards the end. Finally felt full. And went to sleep at 3am.

                                Oh, and exercise for the day was like an hour of walking.
