    I think we can all agree that it appears that your system needs to heal before it is going to lose. I think you religiously do the 30 days then start tracking but don't change anything so you can get a picture of what you were doing. Then we will take a look at your tracking and see what we see.

          • I really feel GOOD eating this way.. It's so easy to forget so here is a theory: sugar robs you of sense. I was reminded of a quote I made early in my journal which I gave thought about a lot over the last few days: compromise=failure. I really really do not warn to eat another way. This includes forgoing paleoized versions of sad food (bread, cookies etc). I may need reminders of this at some point down the road. I really think my clarity of thinking and reasoning is better.

            In a week and a half we are taking the girl to Texas.. I am planning my food so I do not detour from my goal and plan. Along with packing, I need to write letters for her to leave at camp when I drop her off so they can dole them out during her week. She would love state post cards from my sistahs. Let me know if your interested, shoot me a message if you need the address again.

                          318 again. No upward movement that I expect yet..however I gad the most most most realistic dream about eating cake with whip cream and ten the crushing guilt of blowing my whole 30..woke sad and depressed- realized it was a dream and am relieved!!! I read that there were these kind of dreams out there with the whole 30 and I was like naahhh.. Turns out...lol. The control food, in particular sugar has over our mind is scary.

                          Today is water Zumba at the Y. I am awake way earlier than I need to be though :/

                              • Crap crap crap.. I forgot to take meat out of the freezer, So heated up frozen leftovers (stuffed poblanos), did not realize there was cheese in them until I ate them..crap. According to the rules of whole 30 I gave to start over. Gah!!!!!
