If I eat a HUGE breakfast, small/medium lunch, maybe a VERY small snack at "dinner", I'm good to go. This doesn't tend to work so well with a family, especially once we get kids, but it most closely matches my internal clock. And when I say a huge breakfast, I really do mean huge. 2 little egg muffins don't cut it for me! In fact, eggs don't really have enough protein for me, unless they are mixed with something like carnita meat, etc.
